What is coaching?
Coaching is a tool that empowers people like you to make decisions about your life and supports you while you take the necessary action to achieve what you decide you want.
Coaching gives you the space, time and tools to get really clear about what it is that you want. It allows you to think big, set aspirational goals and release your potential. It provides a sounding board in your coach and supports you to move past blocks or barriers that have stopped you getting to where you want to be. It encourages you to learn, grow and flourish in whatever way or direction you want. Coaching is all about finding your own answers, your own way... your next level.
What is my next level?
Imagine what life as a whole, or an area of your life and career, would be like if you stepped up a level. What would be in it? What wouldn't be in it? What would you be seeing? What would you be saying to yourself and feeling?

Who hires a Breakthrough Coach?

Someone who isn't completely ecstatic about where they are with an area of their life or their career and wants to make changes. Someone who has a burning ambition or goal that they want to achieve. Someone who doesn't know what they want, but knows they want more and is bursting to find out what more might be! Someone who wants to be better at what they do and someone who wants to do something completely different.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is right for you if you want to invest in yourself and your future to achieve goals, make changes, increase your performance or improve areas of your life or career.
It is right for you if you feel that you need focus, motivation, support and encouragement as you challenge yourself to make your life and career how you want it to be.
What can I expect?
You can expect coaching sessions that are completely focused on you and on what you want to get out of them. You can expect a challenging yet supportive coach who will listen, question and not judge.
We will look at your issue or subject from many angles. We will explore what you want to achieve and where you are in relation to that. We will look at what it will mean to you to have what you want and understand what is stopping you having it now. We will draw out all the possible options and opportunities available to you... You will surprise yourself with how many you come up with! You will choose what actions you will take and what strategies you will put in place to achieve what you want.
At the end of each session you will know what your next steps are, what you are going to do and how you are going to do it. You will learn how to break through any blocks that are in your way and feel motivated, inspired and energised.
When, Where and How?
Most of our coaching takes place over the phone. It means that you can be in your own environment (or even in another country!), comfortable and relaxed and absorbed in your session, where the focus in completely on you. However, if you prefer, face to face sessions can be arranged at an agreed location within Kent.
Coaching sessions last for an hour and clients usually ask for weekly sessions, though they can be fortnightly or any other arrangement that you agree with me. Industry standards recommend 12 sessions, but, really, you decide. I have coached clients for just one session and they have left having made massive progress and equally clients have stayed longer than 12 sessions because it suited them. It works well to book four session packages, but it is entirely up to you and you decide how long you continue having coaching.
What next?
Take action! Whether it is doing more of something, doing less of something, doing something better or doing something completely new. The emphasis is on doing something, reaching somewhere.
